Why PlayZone
Fair play, and results that stay with you
Fair play
Only players with an account get on the servers
The portal checks every server join: a linked Steam account, accepted rules and no active sanctions. Reports are grouped into cases, and a sanction removes the offender from the server within seconds and applies to every server at once.
Stats
Separate records for servers, tournaments and leagues
A map on a public server never mixes with a tournament map: stats are kept separately for each public server mode, each tournament and each league. Leaderboards cover the current month and all time.
Tournaments and leagues
Competition matches run on the platform's servers
Captains pick maps in the match room, the server is prepared for both line-ups, the score updates live, and the result goes straight into the tournament bracket or the division table.
Recordings
Every map is recorded
The server records a demo of every map and the portal keeps it on the platform. A demo with an open report against it is not deleted until the report is resolved.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
A platform for playing CS 2: public servers with different modes, plus tournaments and leagues whose matches run on the platform's servers. Every map is recorded — player stats and a demo.
Sign in with Steam — or register with email and link Steam in your settings. Then open Play, choose a mode and press Play: the portal finds a server with a free slot. You can also join a server from the list.
Yes, playing on public servers is free — all you need is an account with a linked Steam profile. PlayZone has no paid subscriptions, premium status or pay-to-win perks. Tournament entry terms are in each tournament's rules.
Reports against players are grouped into cases, and moderators review them using demos and server logs. A sanction blocks server access: the player is removed from the server within seconds. The term and reason are shown in your account, where you can also appeal.
Regions are listed on this page with their server counts. The ping next to a region is an estimate from your browser; in game it may differ slightly. The Play button picks the region with the lowest ping.
A team applies, and the bracket is built once registration closes. Matches run on the platform's servers: captains do the veto in the match room, the score updates live and the result goes into the bracket. A league runs in seasons with divisions, rounds and moves between divisions after each season.
From the facts the server reports. Each map goes into its own scope: public servers by mode, and each tournament and league separately. Scopes never mix, and leaderboards include players who have played enough maps in the period.
